The ZERGLAND team is building a unique virtual to real world experience where members can visit, build, own, and monetize their land experiences using ZERGLAND NTFs, the main utility NFT of the guild.
LAND holders will be also able to participate in governance of the guild via a virtual land, where they can exercise voting rights on key decisions of ZergLand
ecosystem. As a member, you can create digital assets (Non-Fungible Tokens, aka NFTs), upload them to the
marketplace, and drag-and-drop them to create experiences in the area. ZERGLAND aims to bring
blockchain into sustainable, off-grid social area, attracting both crypto and non-crypto nature lovers, digital enthusiastics, by offering the advantages of seasonal-ownership, digital scarcity, monetization capabilities, and interoperability.

A member can earn a NFT based on challenges or activities you participate or create.
Anyone can buy it on Opensea market via crypto or credit card.
2) Build your experience
a) Members can create their own activities, social or business events to increase ZergLand experience.
b) Glamping area owners can build a small or big tent ready to serve in season with full ability to decorate inside.
c) Farming area owners can plant & grow crops.
3) Monetize it
If you have build an experience in ZergLand, our guild will reward you with NFT & crypto based on you created value. As this is a non-profit organization, rewards will only cut by maintenance costs. The value will be divided to relevant NFTs.

Through the use of NFTs, The ZergLand members will be able to benefit from:
TRUE DIGITAL OWNERSHIP: Members are the true and perpetual owners of their digital items, even
if ZergLand was shut down or abandoned. With blockchain, every ZergLand item can be tokenized,
allowing Zerglanders to decide how they want to trade, sell, or gift their items.
SECURITY AND IMMUTABILITY: Digital ZergLand items can be easily tokenized and traded in primary
and secondary markets that are managed and facilitated by blockchain technology. Items based
on scarcity and demand usually invite fraud and theft, but these risks are minimized on blockchain
because it is a distributed ledger.
TRADING: Blockchain-based gaming platforms can provide users with ultimate control over their
digital assets. They can buy and sell items freely without concern that they will be ripped off or
that a platform will close and cancel all the value of their in-ZergLand items.
